This client supports seamless OTR encryption, I think we should try and replace Skype chat with Jabber for all work related communications. Sharing our beer o' clock chats with Microsoft is fine :-)
Skype is inherently insecure, plus it sends encrypted packets to Microsoft servers that nobody knows the contents of... and we're supposed to be PCI compliant!
Jabber and OTR are supported on all platforms: Mac users have Adium, Ubuntu users have Pidgin, users of Windows must have something too I suppose...
This client is for Android.
Finally... Dario is totally right... The business People, I guess, will have to continue using Skype, we could create a Jabber Servers or just sign on http://www.jabber.org/
